Przemeslaw Dera is the CDAC Academic Partner from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.  His areas of research include mineral physics, crystallography, meteoritic mineralogy and petrology, advanced numerical methods, scientific software development, x-ray physics, development of advanced scientific instrumentation, solid state chemistry, and condensed matter physics.
