Kim Budil, a former Program Manager for DOE/NNSA, has been appointed Vice President for Laboratory Management at the University of California.  Kim’s leadership was instrumental in the formation of the Stockpile Stewardship Academic Alliances Program, and she served as the program manager for CDAC from 2004 to 2007.  She helped guide CDAC through its formation and early expansion, and was a key figure in promoting CDAC support of HPCAT and U2A.
